Light Whisperer meets Horse Whisperer

Meet Jorge Gabriel of Casa Lusitana . Sometimes I'm lucky enough to tag along with my wife Nancy to her horse events. This was a very special one indeed. Here's a man who loves what he does and is great looking to top it off. Here are some photos from his recent annual event.

The Todd Minikus Family

Meet the famous Olympic Grand Prix Jumper Todd Minikus and his beautiful wife Amanda and son Colt. I stumbled across them at the HITS horse show in Saugerties NY and they were kind enough to let me photograph them. Todd will be competing this weekend at the Hampton's Classic.

Sailing on St. Regis Lake

Photographed last summer in the Adirondacks with my Canon 5D. I did a simple preset in Lightroom to bring out the clouds and convert to a strong sepia tone.

Tys

Jesse

This is one of my favorite horses we've ever had on our property, Jesse, a Rocky Mountain horse. He was photographed outdoors with a hanging background. This was shot with a Mamiya 6 and loaded with Tri-X.
